EU Cohesion Policy support: new website, AI-assisted customer service and automated enquiry handling.
SIA AA is investing in process digitalization under the European Union Cohesion Policy programme 2021–2027, within specific objective 1.2.2 “Harness digitalisation for business development” and measure 1.2.2.1 “Support for the digitalisation of processes in commercial activity”.
Project objective
The project aims to implement the company’s digital transformation by developing a new website, introducing artificial intelligence solutions in customer service and automating enquiry handling. The project delivers a modern, user-friendly website and an AI-based assistant for fast, efficient processing of customer requests.
Expected results
The project will significantly improve the company’s digital presence, increase website traffic and automate key customer-service processes. Manual work in enquiry handling will be reduced, communication with clients accelerated and service availability improved. After the digital transformation investment, the company will handle large enquiry volumes more effectively, improving competitiveness and productivity.
